
For my live interaction, I took a class at Gold's Gym called Bodyflow. Bodyflow is a class that focuses on a yoga and pilates workout. The class focused on controlled breathing, concentration, a carefully structured series of stretches, moves, and poses. The workout is supposed to bring the body into a state of harmony and balance.
I really enjoyed Bodyflow. It made me feel calm and relaxed. I liked how it combined yoga and pilates to create one workout. The class was a little tougher and more challenging than I expected, but I felt good after I completed it. Bodyflow helped strengthen my core and helped me with my flexibility. I liked this class so much that I plan on going back to it. The yoga part of the class definitely helped with my flexibility and the pilates class worked more on my core, but helped with my flexibility as well. I can't choose between yoga and pilates, I like them both.
